Are there paid positions available?
  • If you have a bachelor’s degree, our Global Internship Program offers paid, high value work for you with large, small, and medium enterprises across the globe. These internships typically last between a year and 18 months and are great opportunities for firsthand experience in global business.

Who can go?
  • You don’t have to be a member of AIESEC to participate in an internship! Anyone who is currently enrolled in a university or community college or has graduated within the last two years qualifies. We are specifically looking for adventurous people, looking for personal and professional development opportunities.

What if I don’t have a degree?
  • If you don’t have a degree, check out or Global Community Development Program, which gives you experiential work in one of thousands of different development opportunities worldwide. Work with HIV/AIDS education, cultural education, teaching English, or in a number of other possible roles in a non-governmental organization (NGO). These internships tend to be on a volunteer basis, but accommodation and food are usually provided.

Where can I go?
  • AIESEC provides opportunities in 110 different countries. We encourage you to be open to going somewhere you may have never imagined living. While a small number of internships are available in Western Europe, only the most qualified of candidates will be selected for these positions given the high demand. However, other high quality opportunities abound outside of Western Europe.

What are the costs?
  • The acceptance fee, once you have applied and been interviewed, is $75.
  • If you participate in the Global Internship Program, you will be charged $675 upon signing a contract with one of our partners.
  • If you participate in the Global Community Development Program, you will be charged $425 upon signing a contract with one of our partners.
