AIESEC has many opportunities for students and recent graduates to work abroad. The exchange team works hard to place candidates with the best possible experience.

How does it work? 
Here's the process for interning abroad with AIESEC:

1. Start by applying to AIESEC Online. (www.aieseconline.net)

• Create an account 
• Tells us about yourself!
• Provide your credit card information (Don't worry, you will not be charged anything until you are accepted into the program after your interview.)
  

 
2. We contact you for an interview to ensure you are a good fit for our program.

3. Program Orientation

• If accepted to the program, you will be charged a $75 Application Fee. 
• We will hold an orientation session informing you all about AIESEC and the next steps for getting hired. 

4. Meet your Exchange Manager

• He or she will work with you to help you find and apply to the right internships.

5. Let's get you Matched!

• After applying, once you are hired by a company for an internship, you are now Matched!
• After becoming officially "Matched," you will be charged our $425 Match Fee for the Global Community Development Program or $675 for the Global Internship Program.

6. Final Steps

• We'll work with you to set up final logistics such as visas and health insurance, and hold a preparation session.
• During your time abroad, we'll keep in touch with you and work to ensure that our local branch wherever you go provides the support you need.
